The content of this site is protected by copyright law pursuant to American, International, and any other copyright laws. The user is specifically prohibited from modifying, publishing, selling, transmitting, participating in the transfer or sale or reproducing, creating derivative works from, distributing, performing, displaying or in any way exploiting any of the materials on this site with out express written permission from us.
You must not use our website in any manner that is illegal, unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in relation with any illegal, unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity; or in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
Returns and Shipping on Supplements (US Animal of Vermont)
Shipping charge will be calculated by the current UPS shipping rates.
Merchandise may be returned (if in original unopened condition) within 30 days of purchase date. An authorization number must be obtained before merchandise can be returned. Please call our office at 541-205-0800 to obtain an authoriztion number. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Customer is liable for original freight charges, whether or not a freight allowance was applied to the original order. All returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after one year.
Damaged product (concealed or otherwise) is the responsibility of the carriers. If you receive a damaged parcel upon delivery, have the driver note "damaged" on the delivery sheet. Call your UPS office at once so an inspection can be made. Then call our office with your name and invoice number. Should you discover damaged product after opening the parcel, follow the same procedure (hold onto shipping container and damaged product). UPS or Healthy Pet Network cannot be held liable unless this procedure is followed. We will assist your efforts and apply credits appropriately.
All International orders should call 541-205-0800 for shipping quote. Please have your order ready when you call so that we can better assist you. If you decide to process your order without calling for a quote first, your shipping charge will be added later.
Returns and Shipping on Flint River Ranch Products
Flint River Ranch has a network of national warehouses equipped to handle shipments within 3 to 5 business days; generally less. However, if expedited delivery is required, we suggest a small bag be ordered to meet your requirements and larger bag(s) be sent by regular UPS ground shipment. This will help reduce your additional charges for the expedited delivery.
DELAYED, LOST AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If not at home, UPS will try up to three separate attempts to make delivery. In some cases, depending up the delivery area, they may leave your package at the front of your property; otherwise, they will leave a note or mail you a notice of attempted delivery. With no response within 5 days, they will return the package to our warehouse.
Because of weather, holidays, weekends and various other reasons, your package may require extra time for delivery. While UPS is usually very efficient, sometimes packages are incorrectly routed and delayed in shipment. When confirming shipments, the date provided by customer service is the date invoiced. The actual pickup date by UPS from Flint River Ranch can be up to 24 business hours later, as UPS scheduled pickup closes at 3 PM local to the warehouse, Monday through Friday only.
If you feel a shipment has been delayed or lost and you reach our voice mail at 541-205-0800, please leave your full name, day-time phone number and your FRR order number and request a priority package trace. Some of our actions will be:
If you receive a shipment that is noticeably damaged, refuse the shipment and have it returned to Flint River Ranch for replacement. If the shipment was left at your home while you were out, calls UPS 1-800-742-5877 within 24 hours and advise them that you are refusing the shipment, and they will pick it up. Call or fax Healthy Pet Network and we will replace all damaged products and handle the UPS claim.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been received by the Shipping Department. FRR Customers assume responsibility for freight costs of undamaged shipments refused and returned by the customers' actions. Shipments are sent to address on the order form or the current address on our computer files. Customer assumes responsibility to keep shipping address current at the time of each order.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS & UPS CALL TAGS:
We ask that if you refuse or return our products on your own choice that you ship them back to our facilities; at your cost. However, we can arrange for UPS to come out and pick up your refused order if there is no other way. UPS charges a $7.00 fee for issuing a Return Call Tag request and it will be deducted; along with the return shipping & handling from any refund or credit due your return. We do not get any sort of discount in returned product shipping from UPS, so honestly our costs may be higher than what you might be able to get using USPS or other carrier companies. Please consider this when you are handling your refusal returns.
Returns and Shipping on all Other Products
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original product package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation required and product MUST be in resalable condition. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION OR IN NON RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
If the product is defective, please notify us within 36 hours and return it to us along with the original product packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Damage in shipping that is beyond our control cannot be refunded UNLESS you requested insurance on the shipment. Damage in shipping MUST be reported within 36 hours of receipt of order, so we can begin the claims process. KEEP ALL PACKAGING AND PAPERWORK FOR PROCESSING UPS CLAIMS.
UPS includes up to $100 insurance on all shipments (additional insurance can be requested at a charge). Credit for items damaged using UPS will be claimed with UPS. Please notify us of any damage and SAVE everything. We will put in the Claim.
USPS has NO insurance unless you request it. If you did not request insurance and an item is damage, we cannot process a claim. NO refunds on International shipments unless you request Insurance.
