Dr Alfred J. Plechner’s greatest achievement lies in the discovery that a great many pet health problems are interrelated to the hormonal irregularities and immune system imbalances that are the hallmarks ofthe syndrome that Dr Plechner discovered and the Plechner Protocol,that he developed to determine and adjust these deadly imbalances, thatcause a number of catastrophic diseases in animals and people.
Dr Alfred Plechner was critically instrumental in ending the useof vacuum chambers for euthanasia and initiating the use of lethalinjections when absolutely necessary. He assisted in the passage oflegislation which halted interstate shipping of young and geneticallydamaged puppies and kittens.
Dr Plechner conceived and created Stonewood Meadows, his wildlife preserve in the Santa Monica Mountains. The preserve offered various governmental agencies an opportunity to relocate captured and injuredindigenous wildlife. Dr Plechner cared for, repaired and then relocatedthe healthy wildlife back into their natural environment thereby reducingthe amount of animals euthanized by the agencies. His battle with the California Coastal Commission over the creation of Stonewood MeadowsPreserve also set a major legal precedent in the ongoing WildlifePreservation vs. Recreational Usage legal debate.
Dr Plechner also formulated the recipes for the first; non-meat animaldiet, lamb and rice animal diet and limited antigen animal diets inthe world.

David and his wife Kate raised a blended family of seven, have seven grandchildren and currently live with their four dogs; Skipper, Scout, Merle’n and Mystic in the Gulf Beach Town of St Petersburg, FL .

Terry & Michael Goldman have forged a presence online for over 12years as the driving force behind several varied and prosperouscommercial business sites. Successful entrepreneurs, they have always been determined to provide the highest quality products and servicesand to deliver excellence in everything they do, especially customer service.
Terry is a very successful website designer and internet specialist.She was a senior technician for 25 years and her masterful technical skillsmade for a natural transition into website design and E-Commerce.
Michael began his professional career as a high school teacher and coach with a passion for mentoring and training. These talents were further enhanced when career opportunities lead him away from teaching into the world ofbusiness.
Terry and Michael have a wonderful family of three children and fivegrandchildren. Their love and passion for animals is why they make a difference. Currently, they are caring for 19 dogs, 14 indoor cats and provide food and shelter for anumber of outside feral cats, including being spayed, neutered and shots.

The Healthy Pet Network will work very closely with the many onlineand offline animal groups to build an alliance for the future of whole animal health.
Our passion and dream is to develop an animal sanctuary in the mountains. This will be to provide a home, food, medical attention, and love for the homeless or injured animals. We also hope to be able to provide grants to nonprofit animal rescue shelters throughout the world.
